Hi! We’re Emilia and Sławek Zięć.
We are licensed real estate advisors at Joy Properties, an agency specializing in making dreams of owning a home in the most beautiful corners of Europe come true. We operate along the Costa Blanca, from Valencia to the Alicante region – in our opinion (and not just ours!), the most beautiful region in Europe!
We’ve been married for 16 years, raising two children, and have lived abroad for over a decade. Our international journey began with a desire to embrace new challenges, face the unknown, explore different cultures, and follow our love of travel.
We started in Heidelberg, Germany, where we spent 3 years getting to know German culture among the local community. Then we moved to Copenhagen, Denmark, where we enjoyed a wonderful 7 years. Scandinavia taught us how to enjoy life in any weather, to respect nature, and to appreciate the aesthetic and simple Scandinavian style that brings warmth to even the greyest days.
Constant exposure to international environments has enriched us with not only foreign languages and wonderful friendships, but also the ability to communicate freely with anyone. Hearing different life stories and the reasons behind people’s expat lifestyles has been a valuable lesson in self-development and in appreciating who we are.

I hold a Master's degree in Public Administration from Kozminski University in Warsaw. I’m passionate about travel, organization, order, and beautifully designed interiors made from natural materials. I’ve always been drawn to the real estate market, which naturally led me to this profession. Music is my favorite way to relax, and I approach every person with sensitivity, respect, and an open heart.
Sławek
I hold a Master’s degree in Marketing and Management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and an MBA from the University of Quebec in Canada. Nearly 20 years of managerial experience in major international corporations such as L’Oréal and Reckitt have taught me effective business practices, sales and negotiation techniques, and project management. I love working with people and have a knack for surrounding myself with strong, talented teams. My skills will allow you to relax as we guide you through the entire process of buying your dream property. Privately, I’m a sports enthusiast, and life in Spain allows me to pursue this passion both as an active athlete and as a loyal fan in the stands.
